As part of UNCDF´s initiative to expand Salesforce Platform functionality to better support its current operations, we supported UNCDF in building a Salesforce Lightning solution (Force.com Platform) to support key processes including:
- Partners and Donors Management
- Relationship Tracking
- Agreements and Projects Tracking and Management
- Mass mail communications
- Event Management
The solution included the use of different technologies:
- Salesforce Lighting Platform (Force.com)
- Salesforce Data Loader
- Salesforce API
- Project Management Apps
